2.2 Acceptable Return Reasons
We accept returns only for product quality issues that existed at the time of purchase.
We do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or ordered by mistake.

- In original undamaged packaging
- No new damage caused by the customer

We will reply with return instructions.
2.7 Refund Timing
After we receive the returned item, we process refunds within 1–2 business days.
It then takes 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment account.
2.8 Partial or Denied Refunds
