1.1 Delivery Area
We deliver only to addresses within the contiguous United States.
We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories.
1.2 Processing Time
After you complete payment, we need 1–2 business days to prepare your order.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.
1.3 Delivery Time
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days to the contiguous U.S.
1.4 Shipping Cost
All orders receive free shipping. There is no minimum purchase amount.
1.5 Carrier
We choose a carrier based on your delivery address. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The customer does not select the carrier.
1.6 Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number by email after shipment.
1.7 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 5 calendar days. We will investigate with the carrier.
